About The Position

ConServ Building Services is hiring a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician to service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. The role includes working on rooftop units (RTUs), walk-in and reach-in equipment, and ice machines; troubleshooting, diagnosing, and completing repairs; and performing preventative maintenance. The position includes an on-call rotation of one day per week and one weekend per month.

Requirements

EPA Universal Certification.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs.
Perform preventative maintenance.
Participate in the on-call rotation one day per week and one weekend per month.
