About The Position
A growing, family-owned HVAC company in the Metuchen, New Jersey area is seeking a hands-on HVAC Service Manager to lead its residential service department. The manager will develop technicians, improve operational performance, and support the company’s continued growth. This role is suited to a proven Service Manager or experienced Field Supervisor ready to take ownership of a team and contribute to the company’s future. The position is full-time, with a base salary of $95,000–$115,000 per year plus a performance bonus.
Responsibilities
