Responsibilities

• Answering incoming customer phone calls
• Scheduling maintenance, repair, and service appointments
• Creating service tickets and dispatching technicians
• Collaborating with the Service Manager to build efficient daily routes
• Adjusting schedules for emergencies or changing priorities
• Processing technician invoices and timesheets
• Preparing repair estimates and quoting replacement parts
• Ordering parts and scheduling return visits
• Managing inventory for service technicians
• Preparing maintenance renewal reminders
