Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast paced environment
  • Strong ability to multi-task and be able to learn new skills
  • Willing to provide honest feedback so Dave’s may better serve our customer and our teammates
  • The ability to quickly learn software/programs as we use the best technology available

Nice To Haves

  • HVAC and Service Titan experience a plus
  • Ability to establish rapport with your customers

Responsibilities

  • Manage your customer’s experience to create your “Customer’s for Life”
  • Hold yourself accountable for exceeding your goals
  • Participate actively and positively in all training exercises and team meetings
  • Work across teams to ensure everyone delivers a Memorable Service Experience
  • Willing and able to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Dispatching HVAC technicians to customer locations
  • Coordinating service appointments and schedules
  • Communicating with customers regarding service details and updates
  • Utilizing technology to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
