Requirements

HVAC degree, certification, or equivalent residential HVAC service experience.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to safely operate HVAC tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and residential environments.
Manual dexterity and physical stamina required for daily field work.
Strong diagnostic, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to present solutions and confidently discuss system replacement options.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in HVAC sales, service, or a selling technician role preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
Identify opportunities for equipment replacement, upgrades, and indoor air quality solutions.
Present recommendations and financing options to customers in a professional and consultative manner.
Provide accurate estimates for repairs and replacement systems.
Educate customers on system performance, energy efficiency, and available solutions.
Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
Participate in company and manufacturer training programs.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and customer communications.
Perform other duties as assigned.
