About The Position
Academy Air is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing HVAC team as a Technician. This role involves diagnosing and repairing heating and air conditioning equipment, demonstrating efficient problem-solving skills, and maintaining strong customer service. The position also requires attending periodic manufacturer training classes and participating in safety training.
Requirements
- 2+ Years Residential HVAC sales experience
- Service Titan experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, and repair heating and air conditioning equipment
- Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
- Maintain strong customer service
- Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS
