About The Position
ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring for a residential HVAC sales role. Meet with residential homeowners to assess their comfort needs and present tailored HVAC system solutions in a consultative sales role. The position includes company-generated, pre-set leads, installation support, fast turnaround, and industry-leading warranties. The posting describes full-time, year-round work and performance-based pay of $100,000–$200,000+ annually, representing the average compensation range of top performers; these pay ranges and opportunities are not guaranteed and do not constitute a formal offer. Additional compensation may be offered based on experience and described in an offer letter addendum.
Requirements
- Prior residential in-home sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to enter attics and crawlspaces.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
Nice To Haves
- One-call-close experience is strongly preferred.
- HVAC knowledge is preferred, though required in some locations.
