HVAC Alliance Expert, a nationwide HVAC repair company, is seeking experienced HVAC Repair Technicians for full-time positions. We offer steady, year-round work and the opportunity to choose your working area. This is an independent contractor/subcontractor position where technicians are responsible for selling their jobs, as estimates are not provided over the phone. We are looking for professionals who desire a long-term career and possess a positive attitude.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HVAC repair & installation experience.
• Knowledge of central systems, commercial units, wall units, and mini-splits.
• Ability to repair and replace HVAC components.
• Own tools and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Repair and installation of HVAC systems including central systems, commercial units, wall units, and mini-splits.
• Ability to repair and replace various HVAC components.
• Sell jobs to customers (estimates are not provided over the phone).
