About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to staff local stores. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to grow into management or other positions. Drivers deliver orders within a designated area and also perform general store-team duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and training are provided on the job.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Have the ability to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
Be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and take and process orders verbally, in writing, and by telephone.
Have the motor coordination to make rapid, accurate movements and the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Be able to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Meet the physical requirements described, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, and occasionally navigating stairs or climbing a ladder.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders within the designated delivery area.
Use navigation skills to locate addresses and navigate adverse terrain, including multistory buildings.
Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck.
