About The Position

Home Alliance is seeking experienced, detail-oriented residential HVAC Technicians to join their growing team in Washington, DC. This position offers year-round, full-time work with the potential for growth within the company. Technicians will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential HVAC equipment. Home Alliance is a nationwide network of home service experts focused on providing convenient, comprehensive, and professional home services to families across the country, including Appliance Repair, Heating & AC, Air Quality, Plumbing, and Electrical services.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to develop professionally
• Ability to work with our customer service platform (CRM)
• Tools & approved vehicle
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and heating and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems and parts.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Providing customers with appropriate repair and replacement options that meet their needs.
• Maintaining logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
