About The Position

Pine Tree Food Equipment is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to service commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration systems. The company provides repair, installation, parts, and preventive maintenance services, with technicians trained in gas, steam, refrigeration, and electric appliance service and installation. The role includes field work and may require on-call shifts and overtime. A sign-on bonus of up to $2,500 is available for experienced technicians. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and certifications held. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available. Requirements

Commercial HVAC/R and refrigeration experience.
EPA Type II certification at minimum.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets the company's safety standards.
Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Authorization to work for any employer in the United States.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
Perform field service work independently.
Be available for on-call shifts and overtime when needed.
