About The Position

We are hiring experienced Level 4 Rack & CO₂ Refrigeration Technicians to join our Georgia service team. Candidates must have strong supermarket rack experience and be capable of independently diagnosing and repairing complex refrigeration systems. The HVAC/R Technician role is primarily responsible for performing repairs and maintenance to a variety of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment including air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, intake and exhaust fans, economizers and humidifiers, RTUs, remote condensing units, ice machines, walk-in coolers & freezers, and upright refrigerators & freezers.

Requirements

Strong supermarket rack refrigeration experience
CO₂/R744 system experience, including transcritical systems
EPA Universal Certification
Advanced electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience with Danfoss, Emerson/CPC, VFDs, and refrigeration controls
Ability to diagnose compressor, refrigerant, oil system, electrical, and control failures
Ability to read electrical schematics and refrigeration diagrams
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ability to work independently and participate in an on-call rotation

Responsibilities

Performing repairs and maintenance to a variety of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment including air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, intake and exhaust fans, economizers and humidifiers, RTUs, remote condensing units, ice machines, walk-in coolers & freezers, and upright refrigerators & freezers.
Diagnosing and repairing complex refrigeration systems.
Taking ownership of advanced rack and CO₂ service calls from diagnosis through completion.
Providing quality service and supporting the team.
Performing leak detection, recovery, evacuation, charging, and system startups.
