About The Position

System Service & Engineering, a Fidelity Company, is looking for a driven and experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their team in Lynn Haven, FL. This role involves managing all phases of mechanical/HVAC projects from turnover to closeout, ensuring alignment with project drawings and specifications. The Project Manager will lead kickoff meetings, coordinate resources, oversee field operations, manage schedules, budgets, and safety standards, and handle project financials including forecasting and cash flow. They will also be responsible for preparing and submitting invoices, RFIs, and change orders, and mentoring Assistant Project Managers and Foremen.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in mechanical/HVAC project management.
• Strong mechanical plan/spec and design-build background.
• Proficiency with job costing software and project financial tracking.
• In-depth understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including chilled water loops and refrigerant flow.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations, inspections, subcontractors, and materials.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and safety standards.
• Manage project financials including forecasting, ECAC, and cash flow.
• Prepare and submit AIA invoices, RFIs, and change orders.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Foremen to drive success.
