HVAC Project Manager
About The Position
As an HVAC Project Manager, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service by meeting client needs and commitments. You will be responsible for the profitable execution of assigned project deliverables, with a strong focus on client retention. The role includes managing subcontractors and vendors, coordinating project schedules and equipment, handling change orders and pricing, preparing closeout documents, reviewing punch lists, and assisting with project correspondence, meetings, and owner requests. You will also follow company safety standards and established management procedures and processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of prior HVAC project management experience.
- Detailed knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Strong financial and business acumen, with a history of running projects on time and on budget.
- Professional image.
- Excellent logistics, communication, and management skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work with multiple disciplines.
- Proactive approach.
- Team-oriented.
Responsibilities
