About The Position

Benrich Service Company is hiring an experienced HVAC professional to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple job sites in Los Angeles, California. The role involves coordinating with team members, monitoring project progress and quality, ensuring materials are ordered on time, resolving field and scheduling issues, and communicating updates to managers, dispatchers, customers, and the team. The Project Manager is expected to maintain high standards of safety, workmanship, accountability, and follow-through. This is a full-time position with an annual salary of $100,000–$120,000, based on experience. Overtime is available.

Requirements

• Experience in HVAC, construction management, or field supervision.
• Hands-on leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable and proactive, with willingness to go the extra mile when needed.

Responsibilities

• Check in with team members in person or by phone and keep track of their locations.
• Monitor project progress and the quality of work.
• Ensure materials are ordered so work is not delayed.
• Identify and resolve field and scheduling issues.
• Communicate progress and updates to managers and dispatchers.
• Maintain high standards of safety, workmanship, and accountability.
• Follow through on communication among the team, customers, and management.
• Ensure projects are left in an appropriate condition, including when work extends beyond regular hours.
