About The Position
A terrific, full-time opening has become available in the Burlington, MA, area for an individual with 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Project Manager in the Commercial and Residential construction industry. This position would earn a generous base salary with a great benefits package, including a 401k plan, PTO, and other outstanding perks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Project Manager in the HVAC construction industry.
- Experience managing projects up to $500k (Commercial and Residential).
- Experience with developing requests for proposals (RFP or RFQ) and managing the overall procurement process for project managers and other project partners.
Nice To Haves
- Procore software experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED.
