About The Position

All Service Professionals is seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join its growing team as an HVAC Maintenance Tech. The role involves diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems and helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. Technicians are paid weekly and can earn $20–$35 per hour, with uncapped commission opportunities. The position includes an on-call rotation and opportunities to participate in professional training.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• HVAC experience; 1–5 years is preferred.
• HVAC degree from a technical or trade school, or equivalent field experience.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and guide customers toward informed and confident buying decisions.
• Communicate with dispatch, the manager, and the parts and installation teams.
• Keep the company truck clean inside and out and maintain its inventory.
• Complete paperwork properly.
• Join the on-call rotation.
• Participate in training to grow and develop professionally.
