About The Position

Apex Pros is seeking an HVAC maintenance helper to join its HVAC service team. This entry-level role supports service technicians in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential and/or commercial HVAC systems. It offers hands-on training and growth opportunities within the service department. The position is full-time and onsite.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Exceptional customer care abilities.
• 1–2 years of experience in HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and system diagnostics.
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment cleaning.
• Take system readings, including voltage, pressures, and temperatures.
• Help replace basic components such as capacitors, motors, and filters.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and safe work areas.
• Provide professional customer interaction.
