Experienced HVAC Installer - No On Call!!
About The Position
Masters Heating & Cooling is hiring an experienced HVAC Installer to work primarily in the residential change-out market. The role installs, modifies, and overhauls air-conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories. The installer takes ownership of leading a high-performing installation team and may also maintain or repair HVAC systems. The position is based out of the company’s Fort Wayne, Indiana office. The company describes competitive pay with bonuses or commissions and six-figure earning potential. The installer may lead by example, assist less experienced technicians, and mentor and train future HVAC professionals. EPA certification is preferred and required to be eligible for a bonus; Masters will pay for the certification if the employee does not have it. Requirements
- Apprentice candidates: at least 2 years of HVAC experience.
- Lead candidates: at least 5 years of HVAC installation experience.
- Ability to guide, motivate, and develop others.
- Customer-focused mindset, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Sound judgment and ability to solve problems and think on your feet.
- Team-oriented approach and commitment to shared success.
- Ability to continue learning trade skills and stay current on industry trends.
- Commitment to exceptional service for the company and its customers.

- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC certification.
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software.
- Service and repair experience.
