About The Position

Masters Heating & Cooling is hiring an Experienced HVAC Installer to work primarily in the residential change-out market. The role involves installing, modifying, and overhauling air-conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories. Installers may also maintain or repair HVAC systems.

The position includes taking ownership of and leading a high-performing installation team, helping less experienced technicians develop their skills, and mentoring and training future HVAC professionals. Requirements

• Apprentice candidates: at least 2 years of HVAC experience.
• Lead candidates: at least 5 years of HVAC installation experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Leadership ability to guide, motivate, and develop others.
• Customer-focused approach, including active listening and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability, sound judgment, and ability to think on your feet.
• Team-oriented approach and commitment to shared goals.
• Commitment to continuing to learn trade skills and keeping current on industry trends.
• EPA certification is required to be eligible for a bonus; the employer will pay for the candidate to obtain it if needed.
