Requirements
- Hands-on experience installing HVAC equipment and complete systems
- EPA 608 certification preferred or required depending on role
- Strong mechanical ability and attention to detail
- Service Titan knowledge
- Experience brazing, pressure testing, vacuuming, and charging systems
- Basic electrical and low-voltage knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of an install team
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and outdoor environments
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC equipment including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, central AC systems, air handlers, and condensers
- Complete system change-outs, replacements, and new installations
- Run line sets, condensate lines, venting, drains, and low-voltage wiring
- Perform brazing, pressure testing, evacuation, charging, and system start-up
- Install and modify ductwork as needed
- Read installation instructions, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications
- Test completed systems to ensure proper operation and performance
- Communicate with homeowners and keep the work area clean and professional
- Maintain tools, materials, and company vehicle
- Follow all safety procedures, codes, and manufacturer requirements
