About The Position

Florida Home Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead residential installation operations in Jacksonville, Florida. The manager will lead and develop installation crews, improve operational efficiency, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, to code, and to company quality standards. The position is full-time and year-round, with a base salary of $80,000–$95,000 and a performance bonus opportunity.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of HVAC installation experience or HVAC management experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, ductwork, electrical, refrigerant piping, and airflow.
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and safety requirements.
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and develop residential HVAC installation crews.
• Monitor installation quality, safety, productivity, and performance.
• Handle hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure installations are completed on time, to code, and to company standards.
• Conduct jobsite visits and quality inspections.
• Coordinate installations with sales, service, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
• Resolve installation issues and customer concerns.
• Manage equipment, materials, and labor efficiency.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support pricing approvals and subcontractor coordination.
