Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of chillers, boilers, RTUs 50Tons + and split systems.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug testing.
- Leadership, scheduling, and team management skills.
- Lift 75 lbs, work at heights, and operate tools safely.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule service technicians for repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Act as the primary customer contact, addressing service needs and concerns.
- Train and mentor technicians, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
- Oversee documentation, compliance, and identify service opportunities.
