About The Position

We are hiring skilled HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technicians to perform routine maintenance, system inspections, and tune-ups on residential heating and air conditioning systems. This role is critical in helping homeowners prevent breakdowns, improve system efficiency, and extend equipment lifespan through proactive service and diagnostics.

Requirements

• XX years of residential HVAC experience (maintenance-focused preferred)
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment

Responsibilities

• Perform routine HVAC maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections
• Clean, adjust, and optimize heating and air conditioning equipment
• Identify potential issues and recommend repairs or upgrades
• Ensure HVAC systems are operating safely and efficiently
• Educate homeowners on system performance, maintenance needs, and energy savings
• Accurately document services performed and findings
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service during all maintenance visits
