About The Position

We are looking for a driven and motivated HVAC Field Supervisor to join our growing team in Las Vegas. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands HVAC sales, works well in a fast-paced environment, and can lead technicians while running high-quality leads throughout the day. The HVAC Field Supervisor is responsible for supporting technicians in the field, running technician-generated and marketed leads, assisting with customer escalations, and ensuring company sales processes are being followed consistently. This is not a desk job. We are looking for someone who is responsive, dependable, highly organized, and comfortable staying actively involved with the field team throughout the day.

Requirements

Previous HVAC sales experience REQUIRED
Leadership mentality with strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable and highly responsive
Strong follow through and accountability
Must currently live in the Las Vegas area
Flexible schedule and ability to respond when needed
Clean driving record and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Run technician generated replacement leads
Run marketed HVAC leads as they are assigned
Support technicians throughout the day with sales opportunities and customer needs
Assist with technician flips and in home sales support
Ensure technicians are following company process and presentation standards
Coach and develop technicians on communication and lead generation
Maintain communication with dispatch, install, and service departments
Help drive revenue while maintaining a strong customer experience
Be available to support field operations during busy periods, evenings, and weekends as needed
