Beyond the tools, you’ll serve as a trusted expert to customers—diagnosing issues, explaining solutions, and ensuring their systems run efficiently and reliably. You’ll also collaborate with a strong team of professionals, sharing knowledge, supporting apprentices, and continuing to grow your own expertise. Requirements

  • Several years of experience working on commercial or industrial systems
  • Comfortable troubleshooting a range of equipment, including chillers, boilers, pumps, compressors, and related systems
  • Deep understanding of mechanical systems, including alignment and vibration diagnostics
  • Ability to clearly communicate what’s happening and why—both to teammates and customers
  • Willingness to keep learning and sharing knowledge
  • Willingness to represent the values of a company that puts customers and people first
  • Hold a Universal EPA refrigerant license
  • Open to travel as needed (50-75% of the time)
  • Participation in the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices
  • Experience as an HVAC mechanic
