Requirements

  • Several years of experience working on commercial or industrial HVAC systems.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting a range of equipment, including chillers, boilers, pumps, compressors, and related systems.
  • Deep understanding of mechanical systems, including alignment and vibration diagnostics.
  • Ability to clearly communicate system issues and solutions to teammates and customers.
  • Willingness to keep learning and sharing knowledge.
  • Universal EPA refrigerant license.
  • Open to travel as needed (50-75% of the time).
  • Participation in the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices.
  • Must be a hands-on HVAC professional who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in quality work.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and repairs on advanced commercial HVAC systems.
  • Full system installations of HVAC equipment.

  • Using modern tools like laser alignment and vibration analysis.
  • Serving as a trusted expert to customers, diagnosing issues, explaining solutions, and ensuring system efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborating with a strong team of professionals, sharing knowledge, and supporting apprentices.
  • Continuing to grow personal expertise through training and development opportunities.
  • Participating in the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices.
  • Traveling 50-75% of the time as part of the HVAC Data Center Travel Team.
