Hiring Compensation Range: $29.50 - 36.87 Is determined by the Local UA. (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Requirements

Several years of experience working on commercial or industrial systems
Comfortable troubleshooting a range of equipment, including chillers, boilers, pumps, compressors, and related systems
Deep understanding of mechanical systems, including alignment and vibration diagnostics
Ability to clearly communicate what’s happening and why—both to teammates and customers
Desire to keep learning and sharing knowledge
Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time
Universal EPA refrigerant license
Participation in the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices

Nice To Haves

Experience with building automation technologies
Experience with laser alignment and vibration analysis
Interest in developing quoting or customer-facing skills

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and repairs of advanced commercial HVAC systems
Full system installations of advanced commercial HVAC systems
Working with a wide range of equipment, including chillers, compressors, pumps, rooftop units, and building automation systems
