• A valid EU passport or the legal right to work within the European Union.

• Ability to relocate to Sofia for this on-site Hungarian Speaking Travel Support Advisor position in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level travel support and consultation to Hungarian-speaking clients across various communication channels.
• Manage travel bookings, itinerary modifications, and cancellations with precision and a customer-centric focus.
• Act as a primary point of contact for traveler inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience from departure to arrival.
• Resolve complex travel-related issues, demonstrating expert problem-solving skills to maintain industry standards.
• Collaborate with global travel partners to provide real-time updates and expert advice on destinations and policies.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all travel-related requests and account interactions within our internal database.
• Consistently achieve and exceed performance KPIs to qualify for the rewarding monthly performance bonus program.
