It plays a key role in strengthening operations, supporting consistent oversight, and guiding improvements across the service system.

Requirements

• Three years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a bachelor’s degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Meet the PA residency requirement.
• Be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Support statewide activities related to incident management, risk management, provider qualification, and quality initiatives
• Develop policies, procedures, standards, and guidance to strengthen compliance and operational effectiveness
• Review performance data, conduct assessments, and identify risks and improvement opportunities
• Interpret and apply federal and state requirements to ensure consistent statewide operations
• Analyze and report data related to incidents, compliance, licensing, and quality management
• Collaborate with regional offices, providers, and other partners to support implementation and oversight
