Under general supervision of the Human Resources (HR) Department Recruitment and Selection (R&S) Division Recruitment Manager, performs administrative and paraprofessional recruitment and selection services in support of the R&S staff. Assumes primary responsibility for certain R&S tasks including, but not limited to, processing Recruitment Requests, posting job notices, assisting with interview preparations, background and fingerprint checks and R&S data entry. This job class is treated as FLSA non-exempt.
