About The Position

The Human Resources Specialist is a key member of the HR team with a primary focus on benefits administration and employee support. This role manages employee benefit programs, supports onboarding and enrollment, administers FMLA and other leave programs, and coordinates workers' compensation cases. It ensures compliance with employment laws, serves as a resource for benefit and leave-related inquiries, and partners across departments to support a positive employee experience aligned with the organization's mission and values.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a criminal background check
  • Successful completion of a dependent adult and child abuse background check
  • Successful completion of a drug screen
