Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating recruiting activities, candidate communications, and interview scheduling
  • Managing candidate flow, talent pools, and hiring workflows within BambooHR
  • Supporting onboarding preparation, documentation, and new hire activities
  • Maintaining employee records, HR documentation, and administrative processes
  • Assisting with employee communications and engagement initiatives
  • Supporting internship, student, and workforce development programs
  • Coordinating career fairs, community outreach activities, and employer branding initiatives
  • Assisting with HR reporting, metrics, and special projects

  • Compensation: $38,000–45,000 USD annually, including performance incentive compensation.
