The Human Resource Specialist will serve as a front facing role for the Office of Human Resources. The specialist is highly organized, detail oriented with the ability to multitask within a busy work environment. The specialist works within a team environment and can work independently. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Specialist performs functions related to benefits, enrollment, hiring and onboarding, off-boarding through retirement or resignation, and human resources administration. The specialist assists employees with benefit policies, programs, procedures, and enrollment, executes other human resources tasks, and assists the Director of Human Resources in all phases of human resources, compensation and employee relations as needed.
