Essential skills required: Utilize software to organize, analyze, and present human resources data Provide Human Resources Staffing Support Services Research policies, procedures, or other operations that require evaluation Analyze data to present human resource recommendations in areas such as employee development, assessment, and promotion Assist with implementing surveys and assessments of workforce development and promotion programs Assist in the planning and execution of testing/assessment centers Ensure the integrity, security, and fairness of testing/assessment processes
