What you will do As a Human Resources Specialist, you will independently perform administrative, technical, and analytical work in support of the County’s classification and compensation programs. You will partner with leaders and departments across the organization to evaluate positions, conduct studies, analyze market data, and provide guidance on classification and pay-related matters.
