The Manager, Compensation & Classification ensures compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organization’s pay-for-performance philosophy and business objectives. We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Manager, Compensation & Classification to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise compensation programs. This role will focus on ensuring compensation & classification practices support performance, attract and retain talent, and remain compliant with regulatory and pay equity requirements.
