About The Position

Develops, implements and ensures the ongoing effectiveness of all internal processes and systems; develop and executes an efficient infrastructure that can deliver HR services consistently, responsively and cost effectively. Ensures efficiency and accuracy of HR processes and transactions. Works with vendors and technology specialists to design and maintain HR-related systems/procedures. May manage leave/absence programs or perform workforce planning and analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent or 3+ years of related HR experience in lieu of education
  • 2+ years of HR support experience
  • Must reside within a commutable distance to Brea, Ca.
  • This is not a hybrid or remote role.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Teams)
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Experience working within an HRIS (Workday is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy a must
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate with tact and exercise confidentiality, particularly around sensitive information
  • Excellent verbal English communication and customer service skills with ability to communicate and interact with people of all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to new situations quickly
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
