Our HR Shared Services Specialist I will support basic HR service center operations by performing routine tasks and responding to straightforward employee inquiries. We are looking for an HR Shared Services Specialist I who will: Responds to employee questions using standard scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent communication. Completes onboarding tasks such as document collection and data entry to support new hire integration. Maintains HRIS records by entering basic employee data to ensure system accuracy. Assists with employment form completion by following established procedures to support compliance. Provides basic benefits information by referencing FAQs and policy documents to help employees understand options. Routes complex inquiries to senior team members using escalation protocols to ensure timely resolution. Supports payroll processing by verifying timecard data to help ensure accurate compensation. Organizes HR files using naming conventions and retention schedules to maintain document integrity. Learns HR policies and procedures through training and shadowing to build foundational knowledge.
