This is an exciting internship opportunity at Xcel Energy within the HR Shared Services areas. The role is designed for an entry-level coordinator/intern to perform tasks that support Human Resources operations. The intern will gain exposure to multiple HR areas, including Leave Administration, the HR Service Center, HR Operations, and a light introduction to Payroll. Through practical operations experience and mentoring, a successful candidate will develop significant professional confidence and people skills.
