Summer 2026 Human Resources Paid Internship Influence Employee Engagement Across an Entire Organization Looking for more than just an HR internship? This is your opportunity to analyze real employee feedback, present insights to leadership, and help shape engagement strategies across multiple locations. Pretium Packaging is seeking a Summer 2026 Human Resources Intern to support a high-impact Employee Engagement Survey initiative while gaining hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and HR Operations. You won’t just observe you’ll own meaningful projects that drive real business decisions. What You’ll Work On This internship centers around a company-wide Employee Engagement Survey initiative , where you will: Analyze employee engagement survey results across multiple locations Identify trends and themes to help leadership take action Create executive-ready summary reports for HR and ELT leaders Build action-planning templates for People Managers Develop tracking tools to monitor engagement improvement efforts Support enterprise-wide HR reporting and visibility You’ll directly contribute to how leaders improve culture, retention, and employee experience. Additional HR Experience You’ll Gain In addition to the engagement project, you’ll gain exposure across HR functions: Assist with recruiting coordination and candidate communication Support resume screening and interview scheduling Help prepare on-boarding materials and orientation schedules Coordinate training sessions and learning initiatives Assist with HR policy updates and documentation Support HR leadership reporting and analytics Help maintain HR resources and People Manager portal content Why This Internship Stands Out This is not a filing and coffee internship. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interest in HR, employee engagement, or organizational development
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong attention to detail
