Pretium Packaging is seeking a Summer 2026 Human Resources Intern to support a
high-impact Employee Engagement Survey initiative while gaining hands-on
exposure to Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and HR Operations.
You won’t just observe you’ll own meaningful projects that drive real business
decisions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Interest in HR, employee engagement, or organizational development
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Analyze employee engagement survey results across multiple locations
• Identify trends and themes to help leadership take action
• Create executive-ready summary reports for HR and ELT leaders
• Build action-planning templates for People Managers
• Develop tracking tools to monitor engagement improvement efforts
• Support enterprise-wide HR reporting and visibility
• Assist with recruiting coordination and candidate communication
• Support resume screening and interview scheduling
• Help prepare on-boarding materials and orientation schedules
• Coordinate training sessions and learning initiatives
• Assist with HR policy updates and documentation
• Support HR leadership reporting and analytics
• Help maintain HR resources and People Manager portal content
