Looking for more than just an HR internship? This is your opportunity to analyze real employee feedback, present insights to leadership, and help shape engagement strategies across multiple locations. Pretium Packaging is seeking a Summer 2026 Human Resources Intern to support a high-impact Employee Engagement Survey initiative while gaining hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and HR Operations. You won’t just observe you’ll own meaningful projects that drive real business decisions.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interest in HR, employee engagement, or organizational development
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Analyze employee engagement survey results across multiple locations
  • Identify trends and themes to help leadership take action
  • Create executive-ready summary reports for HR and ELT leaders
  • Build action-planning templates for People Managers
  • Develop tracking tools to monitor engagement improvement efforts
  • Support enterprise-wide HR reporting and visibility
  • Assist with recruiting coordination and candidate communication
  • Support resume screening and interview scheduling
  • Help prepare on-boarding materials and orientation schedules
  • Coordinate training sessions and learning initiatives
  • Assist with HR policy updates and documentation
  • Support HR leadership reporting and analytics
  • Help maintain HR resources and People Manager portal content
