About The Position

The HR Representative provides front-line support to colleagues by delivering real-time, accurate, and comprehensive responses to inquiries about general HR issues, policies, procedures, and processes. The role also processes employee-related transactions accurately, using research, employee-specific information, and process guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 1 year of administrative and customer service experience.
• Experience working with aspects of HR, such as onboarding.
• Workday experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support to colleagues on general HR-related issues, policies, procedures, and processes.
• Respond to HR inquiries accurately and in real time.
• Process employee-related transactions accurately using research, employee-specific information, and process guidelines.
