Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR and payroll processing.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
