About The Position

Responsible for a full range of Human Resources, Payroll Administration, Travel & Expense Management, and more generalized administrative support for a growing team. Responsibilities will include payroll, Human resources, and administrative and clerical support to other functional areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant Payroll, Human Resources or Office Management experience in an industrial environment.
  • Prior experience processing payroll via a third-party program.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; especially Excel
  • Detail oriented.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Full understanding of the high level of professionalism, discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality required to succeed in this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of all State and Federal employment laws and insurance regulations
  • Working knowledge of OSHA workplace regulations
  • Prior experience working with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and/or Deltek Replicon Timekeeping & Attendance system and/or TalentLMS.
  • Familiarity with MS Dynamics, AX or D365 ERP system

Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly payroll using third party payroll processing company (ADP).
  • Full responsibility for all HR recordkeeping to include maintenance of personnel folder, HRIS system, policy documents and all related and required documentation.
  • Full scope recruitment responsibility, to include working with Management to define needs, create/revise job descriptions, post vacancies, manage career page, work with agencies, conduct interviews, extend offers, and manage all documentation.
  • Manage the time-keeping system for entire staff to include time sheet and paid time off management.
  • Responsible for new hire onboarding, training, and orientation.
  • Administer all health and welfare plans to include processing all enrollments and terminations in all benefit plans and the 401(k) and assisting employees with claims and inquiries.
  • Provide employee training and oversee all employee training assignments and content in the learning management system (LMS).
  • Manage offshore employees through third party employer of record.
  • Assist with collecting data for all regulatory filings (EEO-1, VETS-100, OSHA).
  • Manage, administer and participate in the Employee Morale Program.
  • Fully manage and process all status, title, compensation and location changes.
  • Safety, Employment, Facility, Operational, Insurance and Radiation Safety Compliance responsibilities ranging from research, to tracking, to record keeping, and working with HR Director and Sr Management to ensure compliance with all local, state and Federal employment, safety, and radiation safety regulations.
  • Assist with coordination of employee travel. Act as the local Concur administrator.
  • Work with employees and supervisory team to track, review and process all employee expense reimbursement forms.
  • Office Manager responsibilities to include managing supplies, hosting guests, ordering meals, assisting with management of daily mail, and additional administrative and clerical support tasks.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Service Manager, Sales Manager, and General Manager.
  • Manage all Amazon purchases, maintain the credit card purchase tracking spreadsheet, and assist the corporate office with credit card reconciliation.
  • Accounting data entry tasks to include new sales order entry and delivery of customer invoices.
  • Set up new customers in ERP and process new customer credit checks.
