About The Position

The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce, Office of Human Resources, is seeking an intern to assist with various administrative projects.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program

Responsibilities

  • Update position description templates (e.g., department name, department ID, office name);
  • Track updated position descriptions by office;
  • Save position descriptions with establish naming convention;
  • Scan and index personnel files in electronic personnel system (i.e., OnBase);
  • Assist staff with boxing up files per records retention schedule;
  • Update templates and forms to department approved letterhead;
  • Use checklists to assist in archiving electronic documents on SharePoint sites;
  • Generate HR reports and compile stats in bi-weekly report;
  • Support HR senior analysts and managers by providing administrative support on various projects as needed.
