About The Position

Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Available from May 24, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
• Working towards a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or related field.
• Adaptable, dependable, and eager to learn new systems, processes, and HR practices.
• Collaborative team member who listens actively and builds positive working relationships.
• Comfortable asking questions, receiving feedback, and taking initiative.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support both small- and large-scale projects aligned with the Associate Experience team’s work.
• Opportunities to work independently and collaborate with a variety of team members, gaining exposure to different perspectives, work styles, and approaches to achieving shared goals.
