About The Position

This internship will offer practical experience across core HR functions at a lean, global organization, contributing to the policies, processes, and programs that shape how FS-ISAC attracts, develops, and supports its people.

Requirements

  • Must be a rising junior or senior currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program, with a concentration in human resources, business administration, organizational psychology, or a closely related discipline
  • Strong interest in human resources, employee experience, talent management, and/or business operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and delivery of programs that enhance culture, performance, and employee engagement
  • Contribute to projects that support organizational growth, process improvement, operational effectiveness, and talent management priorities
  • Assist with the review and updating of HR policies, programs, and employee-facing materials
  • Contribute to talent and onboarding initiatives, including process design and coordination
  • Conduct benchmarking and research to inform HR policy and program decisions
  • Present work and findings to senior leadership at the end of the program
