About The Position

The Human Resources Intern is responsible for assisting with various people and culture projects within the human resources department at Stride. Essential functions may vary from administrative, clerical and support level work to more hands-on tactical work as determined by team needs. This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, currently pursuing a BS/BA or MS/MA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented and organizational skills
  • Passionate about creating well-designed products for education

  • MS 365; Web proficiency
  • Ability to clear required background check

Responsibilities

  • Perform competitive research, data manipulation and analysis
  • Collaborate with teammates as well as other parts of the organization to complete assigned tasks
  • Learn and apply best practices in human resources
  • Execute tasks by utilizing various technologies and platforms specific to the business
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee surveys and online training programs.
  • Provide support in handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues via email or virtual meetings.
  • Provide additional support to the team as needed
