Requirements
- Rising junior or senior pursuing communications, HR, marketing, business, or a related field
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Interest in employee engagement, culture, and internal communications
- Creative, organized, and collaborative team player
Responsibilities
- Draft and edit HR communications, announcements, and employee-facing materials
- Support internal campaigns, engagement initiatives, and change communications
- Help organize content for HR programs, events, and employee resources
- Collaborate with HR and business partners to ensure messaging is clear and consistent
- Complete an Innovation Project and present recommendations to senior leadership
